Idaho & Utah new business filings
Every new LLC and corporation in your county, in your inbox.
When someone files a new LLC or corporation with the state, it shows up in the public records. I pull those filings, throw out the ones that are just a registered agent's office, and send you the rest as a plain email and a spreadsheet. You get to be one of the first people a new owner hears from.
It's built for insurance agents, CPAs and bookkeepers, card processing reps, web and marketing shops, and local banks. One county is $29 a month.

Why I built this
I'm Hyrum Stanger. I live in a small town in Idaho with my wife and our four kids.
The state already publishes every new business filing. It's public record. But when I went looking for a simple daily list for Idaho or Utah, what I found was either a monthly file, or $89 to $149 a month for a single state. And a lot of the rows were registered-agent addresses in Boise or Salt Lake that tell you nothing about where the owner actually is.
So I made the version I'd want if I sold insurance or did books in a small town. The filings for your county, the junk addresses taken out, and the likely local owners flagged. A spreadsheet you can drop into whatever you already use. Month to month, and you can try it free before you pay a dime.
No sales calls. If you have a question, just email me. I read it.

How it works
- Pick your county (or a whole state) and what you do. Insurance, accounting, merchant services, web and marketing, or banking. That sets which industry tags show up first.
- The Idaho filings get pulled every weekday morning. New ones land in your inbox the morning after the state publishes new filings. Idaho takes about a week to process a filing, so nobody gets them sooner than that. Utah starts within one business day of signing up, then comes once a week, because that's how often the state's Utah list updates.
- Open the email or the spreadsheet and start working it. There's a CSV that imports cleanly into a CRM, a live Google Sheet that fills itself in if you'd rather, and a set of first-contact letter and email templates you can use as a starting point.
One honest note about "new": Idaho usually takes about a week to process a filing before it shows up publicly. So you get it the morning after the state publishes it, not the day the owner filed. Nobody can get it sooner than the state releases it.

These are 10 real businesses that filed with the Idaho Secretary of State in Ada County on October 16, 2026. It's what the free weekly sample looks like: name, type, filing date and city. The mailing addresses are hidden in the free sample.

The paid daily file also has the mailing and principal address, county, industry tag, the "likely local" flag, the state file number, entity status, registered agent name, whether it's a foreign (out-of-state) registration, and a link back to the state record.
What's in it
- Business name, type and filing date
- Principal and mailing address, city and county
- Registered agent
- Industry tag (my best guess from the name)
- A "likely local" flag
What's not in it
Phone numbers and email addresses. The state doesn't publish them, and I don't buy them or guess them. Everything in the list comes straight from public records.
Only the real local businesses
A big share of new filings list a registered agent's office or a mail drop as the only address. If you mail those, your letter goes to a stack on somebody's desk downtown.
I keep a running list of the addresses that show up over and over for unrelated businesses, and I pull those rows out. Then I flag the filings where the owner's address is in the same county as the business. That flag is a "likely," not a promise. But it saves you from mailing a registered agent forty times.
I haven't seen anyone else selling Idaho or Utah lists who does this filtering.
